DynCorp International LLC. Labor Foreman in KANDAHAR, Afghanistan

Job Summary Assists the General Foreman by providing input to identify key success factors for Labor Crews.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services
  • Responsible for the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance and construction cost
  • Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract design data, schedule, cost budgets and quality
  • Advises the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk and cost influence factors
  • Maintains the short range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the General Foreman
  • Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process
  • Develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the General Foreman
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Computer Literate

Experience & Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience is required

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.

Travel

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
