JOB SUMMARY: Create graphic material and lettering to be used for title, background, screen advertising, commercial logo, or other visual layouts for Internet websites, printed materials, or other media. Create and prepare illustrations for use by various media to explain or adorn printed or spoken word, using current Microsoft software. Determine style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform with reproduction requirements, or receives specific instructions regarding these variables. Formulate concept and render illustration and detail from models, sketches, memory, and imagination. Plan, design, develop, test, edit, maintain, and document look and flow of web pages. Position is responsible for the production of informational material for communications media, with a goal to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. Directs, plans and organizes special events. Develops on-site and off-site plans and budgets. Investigates, coordinates, arranges and contracts for services, transportation, communications and facilities support. Directs craft workers, multiple service contractors and subcontractors orchestrating large scale events supporting highest level dignitaries and government officials. Oversee labor, management, tools, material and equipment required to support special events services at the facility. Responsibility includes setup, take down and clean up. Will ensure all customer requirements are satisfied and all schedules are met.

KNOWLEDGE: Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices.


High School Diploma required, A.S. or AA degree preferred.

1-3 years’ experience.

Consideration will be given to relevant professional experience commensurate with assignment.

3 – 5 years with BA.

1 – 3 years with MBA.
